We have a wide range of self catering apartments, from the historic Fiorini apartment, where a large family or a group of friends find the way to accommodate together, also in the kitchen (with a big fireplace) or in the dining room to the small Terrace (for 2 persons), a nest with a wonderful sight on the gulf of Salo’ and an orange bathroom.

In total we have 2 historic apartments (up to 10 or 4 persons) and 8 modern apartments (from 2 to 7 persons) : we can accommodate also 2 groups of 15 persons in 2 different buildings.

There is a very large space in Cervano and the 2 groups do not interfere each other.

In the Milanda building there is also a very large hall where also 40 persons can easily have a briefing or attend a conference.

Animals are welcome, if they do not disturb the other guests and are used to stay in an apartment.

Every apartment is fully different from the others and even if we try , as soon as possible, to mantain the spirit of the buildings and the original fittings, the Milanda Farm if fully restored in class A , with air conditioning and Mitsubishi heat pumps.

Price included bed linen, towels, wi fi, parking, final cleaning only extra cost is city tax at 1 euro per persons per night only adult;  in the Milanda building the power (air conditioning and oven or dishwasher) is paid apart, we’ll try to have less impact on the environment 😉

The Dwarfs apartment open both on the lake and on the mountain and it is particularly appreciated by the children, with its penthouse rooms.

While, if you are a large group , we can accommodate up to 7 persons in the Pierino apartment or up to 10 in the Fiorini historic apartment , an apartment of 360 sq meters, 6 bedrooms, all original of 1800, except the bathrooms, that are brand new.

In the Terrace apartment, there is a romatic nest for a couple, while in Gino and Elisa apartment, with a breath-taking view on the lake, we can accommodate up to 5 persons.

The Valentino historic apartment ( all 1800 original) , 2 adults and 2 children are at their easy.

Mazzola is on the 1st floor, facing east over the lake, and sleeps 2 people. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen/dining/sitting room.

Pierino sleeps 6-7 people. It has two double bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen/dining/sitting area on the main floor, plus a loft room with a double bed and 1 singles and another bathroom.

BB (Wheelchair Accessible)

The “BB” apartment (Wheelchair accessible) occupies one wing of the farmhouse, and can accommodate 6 – 10 people in 3 separate suites. The apartment has a large kitchen and dining area. The “Valle” suite faces south-west over the vineyard, and has a large bedroom with twin beds (which can be set up as a double) and a sitting room with 2 singles sofa-beds. The “Monte”  suite faces north-west towards the mountain, and comprises 2 double bedroom. The “Mono” suite faces east over the lake, and has a double bedroom and a sitting area with a sofa.

Valentino

The Valentino Suite is on the 1st floor, with windows to the east and south, and sleeps 4 people. It has one double bedroom plus two single sofa-beds in the entry area, a bathroom, and a large kitchen/dining/sitting area. This suite retains its antique finishes and furnishings, especially in the kitchen/dining area with its grand fireplace/inglenook, marble draining board/sink and the original entry converted to a pantry.
